Managing Director Graeme Owen has over 25 years insurance experience and has held the position of Managing Director for the past 10 years. Apart from his managerial skills, Graeme controls and services the larger client portfolio. His objective is to progress the company to be a leading player in its field.

Stephen Madeley

Stephen Madeley. Stephen entered the insurance market from University on the Provincial Insurance graduate scheme. Working across claims, underwriting, marketing and sales, Stephen has held several senior management positions within AXA and Allianz dealing directly with the broker market during his 12 year tenure. His last post was at Culver Insurance Brokers where he led the Bracknell broking team. Stephen currently serves as Development Director for Chiltern Insurance.

Steven Horwood

Commercial Manager Steven Horwood has over 10 years Commercial & Personal Lines experience.

Janette Parry

Commercial Account Executive. Jan started her insurance career as a trainee underwriter in the amalgamated department of the Cornhill. She has over 25 years broking experience in both commercial and personal lines and has a wide knowledge of the general insurance market. She works with Graeme and Stephen assisting them in the development of commercial new business

Michele Hutchings

Commercial Account Handler Michele Hutchings started her career with Chiltern Insurance Group and has served in both Personal and Commercial departments. She has acquired a vast knowledge of the insurance industry, which she uses in her position of Personal Assistant to the Managing Director and as a Commercial Account Handler. Holder of NVQ Level 2 in Insurance (General & Intermediaries)

Georgina Allen

Commercial Account Handler Georgina has worked as a specialist commercial insurance handler for more than 4 years and supports our busy commercial business team.

Louise Cox

Personal Lines Executive Louise joined Chiltern Insurance Group in April 2008 as Personal Lines Manager. She has worked in the insurance sector for over 10 years dealing with all Personal Lines insurances including motor, travel and small craft. She is also an expert on all types of household policies including high net worth, residential and holiday lets.
